It wouldn't be long in any case before you suspect that I may have a military background so I'll
put it out there now. I may rotate the images occasionally.
Like most of my friends and associates here I'm just trying to understand and more importantly to
survive. Understanding some things are easier when you're looking at them in the rear view mirror.
Or something like that - I may have just made that up. I've been accused of such things more than
once.
War is ugly at the best of times but as someone said it isn't the ugliest. The ugliest is people have
sunk to the level where they will not even defend their own selves much less others. Until
a year or so ago I feared that our own people were near that point. As the November elections approached
I could see that there were many who were not totally lost and were fighting but it whether it was enough
I couldn't say. The results were encouraging but even so much work will be required to restore our Republic.
The Enemy has been thrown off the walls and is in disarray but will be back. It will be a long hard fight.
